It is free and open-source. You only may need to pay for using some of paid AI models via selected provider. For example, there is a number of free models on OpenRouter which you can use for monitoring. You don't pay for using AI Chat Watch tool itself.
It runs on your computer. AICW sends questions to selected AI models via selected AI model provider - check Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of these providers for more information.
AICW tool is open-source, check the source code at GitHub and add a feature or report an issue.
